Business Data Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst / Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will analyse data, support business decision-making, and help improve operational processes across the organisation. • Analyse and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualisations for stakeholders • Gather business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions • Identify process gaps and propose improvements • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) • Good communication skills and ability to work with non-technical teams • Experience with Python, R, or ETL processes is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field • 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business analysis role • Experience working in an Agile environment
